By accessing or using the Corvus website (corvusau.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Description of Services

Corvus provides AI-powered employee solutions for businesses, including but not limited to AI receptionists, AI sales representatives, AI review managers, AI scheduling coordinators, AI billing specialists, and AI analytics managers. Our AI employees handle calls, bookings, follow-ups, reviews, invoicing, and reporting on behalf of your business.

3. Account and Registration

To use certain features, you may be required to provide accurate business and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use Corvus services only for lawful business purposes. You shall not:

Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the AI systems
Use the service to make automated robocalls or spam communications
Misrepresent AI employees as human employees where legally required to disclose

5. Pricing and Payment

Service fees are billed monthly as outlined in your selected plan. A one-time setup fee applies. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Corvus is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process business communications data to provide our services. You retain ownership of your business data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Corvus provides AI-powered services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that AI employees will handle every situation perfectly. Corvus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All Corvus technology, branding, software, and AI models are the intellectual property of Corvus. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services during your subscription period.

10. Modifications

Corvus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service dashboard. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For Australian customers, applicable Australian Consumer Law provisions apply.
